These terms and conditions govern your use of the MN Construction website and our provision of renovation and construction services. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services

MN Construction provides home renovation, refurbishment, and construction services across London and the South East of England. All services are subject to a written agreement or estimate acceptance before work commences.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Any variations to the agreed scope of work will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed on a project-by-project basis and detailed in the project agreement. We may require staged payments for larger projects. Full payment is due upon satisfactory completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

All work completed by MN Construction is covered by our workmanship guarantee. The guarantee period is specified in your project agreement. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

6. Insurance

MN Construction maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the agreement by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MN Construction and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, the information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
