We use flexible adhesives and anti-fracture membranes to prevent cracking over underfloor heating. All grouting is sealed, and silicone joints use premium mould-resistant formulations.
Underfloor Heating Integration

Tiling & Second Fix
Floor and wall tiling is completed, grouted, and sealed. Sanitaryware, brassware, heated towel rail, mirrors, accessories, and lighting are installed. All connections are tested under pressure.
Snagging & Certification
A thorough inspection of every joint, seal, and fixture. Silicone is applied to all junctions. Electrical and plumbing certificates are issued. Your new bathroom is cleaned and handed over ready for use.
